Refund Policy

At Hope Foundation Pakistan, we value your trust and support. We ensure transparency in all financial transactions. Donations made to Hope Foundation are generally non-refundable, as they are deployed immediately toward welfare projects.

1. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate / Accidental Donation – If you mistakenly donate the same amount twice via online payment gateway (Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank), please notify us within 48 hours.
• Technical Error / Wrong Deduction – If the donation amount was deducted but transaction failed / no receipt generated, we will verify and refund within 7 working days.
• Donor Consent Withdrawal – If you change your mind within 24 hours of donation (only for pending / unverified donations).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Donor Support Team with the following information:

Required Information:

• Donation receipt number (if available)
• Transaction ID / payment screenshot
• Full name and contact number
• Reason for refund request

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 working days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method within 10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Donations made for Qurbani, Zakat, Emergency Relief, Ramadan Food Packs (once deployed)
• Donations older than 30 days
• Change of mind after donation deployment
• Donations made without proper transaction proof
